Automatic Resistance Control

Follow along with our personal trainers as they lead your workout and help you get results. With Automatic Resistance Control technology, your iFIT trainer takes control of the resistance on your bike to realistically match their terrain for your workout. When your trainer goes up a hill, you’ll feel the burn.

Cross-Train With the Included Hand Weights

This bike isn’t only about toning your legs. Two 3-pound dumbbells are included with the Sport CX studio bike so you can follow your trainer on and off your bike in cross-training workouts that will pump your upper body as well as your legs.
