Will you service my equipment?
We service everything that we sell! If you purchased your equipment from HomeFit we will perform all necessary service on your unit for its entire lifespan (or as long as parts are available). If you got your equipment elsewhere, we are happy to provide recommendations for reliable, competent local service technicians.
Do you rent equipment?
Unfortunately, we do not offer rentals on any of our equipment.
Do you sell used equipment?
We occasionally have used equipment available for sale. If you are looking to purchase a piece of used equipment, get in touch with us to see if we have any availability.
Will you sell my used equipment?
We may be interested in selling your used equipment on consignment. If you have a piece you would like us to sell, please send us an email at getfit@home-fit.com with photos of your unit attached.
Can I try the equipment before I buy it?
Absolutely! Our showroom at 842 Victoria St N has several floor models available to demo. Come to the store and we will be happy to go over your options and give you a chance to try our equipment.
What is your return policy?
HomeFit will accept a return of any product still in the original packaging within the first 30 days of purchase. If the product has been opened and/or used, or if it has been longer than 30 days, we may accept the return with a restocking fee of 10% per month owned, at our own discretion.
