This console is an easy to use and upgradeable performance monitor. This console will help you to accurately measure your progress, as well as compare your scores with others.
FLYWHEEL & DAMPER
The spiral damper allows you to adjust your workout by controlling the airflow going to the flywheel. Changing the resistance will have you feeling like you are gliding on a calm lake or battling some nasty rapids.
RUGGED COMFORT
The XM Air Rower comes equipped with an ergonomic and comfortable seat that seats low to the ground. Helping you stay on target for your fitness goals.
SUPERIOR CONSTRUCTION
We designed the footrests to be as comfortable as possible. Giving you the ability to easily adjust the sizing to accommodate your shoe size.
