The XM FITNESS ERG Bike brings you the same hardcore work out as the the XM Air Rower and Air Skier but instead focuses on your lower body! XM FITNESS brings you one of the most rigorous workouts you can handle. Our ERG Bike develops both strength and endurance and is a full-body workout that fully engages your lower body.
PERFORMANCE MONITOR
This console is an easy to use and upgradeable performance monitor. This console will help you to accurately measure your progress, as well as compare your scores with others.
FLYWHEEL & DAMPER
The spiral damper allows you to adjust your workout by controlling the airflow going to the flywheel. Changing the resistance will have you feeling like you are gliding on a calm lake or battling some nasty rapids.
Adjustable Saddle and Handlebars
Both the saddle and handlebar positions are easily adjustable. You can set the saddle height with our secure and easy tool-free ratcheting system. The fore and aft saddle position and angle can be adjusted for custom fitting. The handlebars move up and down, and forward and back, and with three different handlebar riding options, you can easily find the setting that’s best for you.
