This Alloy Steel 45lb bar is made with a hardened chrome finish and comes with a double ring and no centre knurling. The ends includes plastic cap to show off our signature XM logo.
Bronze bushings, high flexibility of the bar and a clamping system inside each collar and flexible enough for Olympic lifting.

Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, or excessive dropping with iron plates, and similar usage).
